Are you curious about the pole dance and fitness movement? Have you been wanting to add something new and fun into your life? Are you already a pole goddess and want to refine your skills? Then this workshop is for you! The Intro to Pole Movement Series is a three week workshop designed to give you a taste of the versatility of the pole fitness movement. Each week, focus on a different style of movement as we explore various ways of connecting to our pole.
Begin with strength and conditioning fundamentals in the PoleFit workshop October 21st, let your inner yogi explore new heights in our Yoga and PoleYoga workshop Sunday, October 25th, catch a glimpse of your body's full potential in PoleTricks October 28th, and finally, combine all of that as you unleash your inner dancer in PoleDance November 4th.
